About the Role
As the Medical Receptionist, you will support the Practice Manager in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Front desk reception and patient check-in

Answering incoming calls and managing appointment bookings

Scanning, filing, and maintaining patient records
-
Liaising with patients, specialists, GPs, and hospitals

Preparing theatre lists and correspondence as required
-
General administrative support to the team and specialist
About You

Previous experience in medical administration (GP or specialist clinic preferred, but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
-
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment

Professional presentation and phone manner
-
A genuine interest in working in healthcare and supporting patients
